Creamy Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Pasta

"I absolutely love buffalo sauce, blue cheese, chicken and creamy pasta dishes, so I thought why not make one? My friend came round for lunch with her boy Max and I thought let’s make something delicious! I used @gurtsauces buffalo sauce and it turned out to be one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever made so here’s how you make it!" - Jack


  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Bulb
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Granules
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Salt and Pepper 
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Gurt Buffalo Sauce
  • Pasta of your choice
  • Blue Cheese (optional)


    Chop 2 onions & 1 red pepper.

    Chop the end of a garlic bulb off. Place in foil with a drizzle of olive oil & a pinch of salt. Cover the bulb with foil and place in the airfryer or oven on medium heat for 15 minutes.

    Marinate chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, garlic granules, mixed herbs, salt & pepper and give it a good mix together.

    Fry chicken in a pan for 12 minutes until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the onions, your roasted garlic & chopped pepper to the pan and cook until the onions are slightly brown.

    Add pasta to boil with a pinch of salt.

    Add the crème fraiche, Gurt Sauces Buffalo Sauce to the mixture and stir on a low heat.

    Add your chicken back to the pan and also add a dash of pasta water.

    Drain your pasta and add to the creamy mixture, then leave to simmer for 2 minutes or until the pasta is completely coated in sauce.

    Plate up and add your favourite blue cheese.
