Created for and Introduced at Wing Fest 2021. This sauce was Gurt Wings ‘Wild Wing’ flavour which won the ‘Judges Choice Wild Wing Sauce Award’ and became runner up for the People’s Choice Award.

Is Korean ketchup different to tomato ketchup?

Yes, completely different. Usually Korean Ketchup's main ingredient is Gochujang which is a Korean fermented chilli paste, whereas tomato ketchup is a tomato base sauce. Korean Ketchup has a sweet, tangier taste and is more rich in flavour.

Is gochujang a ketchup?

No! Gochujang is a Korean fermented chilli paste used as a main ingredient to create Korean Ketchup.

Is gochujang really spicy?

Gochujang is a little spicy but less spicy than sriracha as it is mixed with other ingredients/flavours.
